I don't have problem with increasing the article count in Thai Wikipedia like what you have already tried to achieve by creating the Draft (having been banned from creating the article). What I concerned is the quality issue. You should strive to refine your translation in existing articles and/or expand the existing one (or complete the translation in general) rather than trying to submit multiple drafts without addressing the issues mentioned in the previous submission.
